How Ordering Works

The weekly rhythm

Preorders open Saturday at 2 PM and close Wednesday at 8 PM (Central). Thursday is dough day, Friday is bake day, and your order is ready for pickup at our stand on Saturday.

At the stand vs. preorder only

At the stand Saturday: our five everyday favorites (Jumbo Classic Cinnamon Rolls, Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, Oatmeal Cream Pies, Sourdough English Muffins and Honey Wheat Sandwich Loaf) plus one seasonal special. You can walk up and buy these at the table while they last, or preorder to guarantee yours.

Preorder only: gluten-free items, specialty rolls, Sourdough Honey Wheat Sandwich Bread, S’mores Cookies and Sugar-Free cookies are baked only for orders. They won’t be at the table, so order by Wednesday at 8 PM.

Picking up

Choose Pickup at checkout. Your order will be ready at our Saturday stand. Bring your confirmation email when you come.

Missed the cutoff?

Orders placed after Wednesday at 8 PM aren’t accepted for that weekend. Come see what’s at the stand on Saturday, or preorder for the following week once ordering reopens Saturday afternoon.

Gluten-free

Our gluten-free items are made with gluten-free flours in our home kitchen, which also bakes with wheat flour.

Gift cards

Digital gift cards can be purchased any day of the week and are delivered by email.

Akrasia Home Bakery is a cottage food operation. Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by a health department.
